Emplara

Emplara is Dakar Software Systems' internal HR and leave-management portal, built from the ground up. New employees onboard by scanning a company-specific QR code (or entering their company's portal URL directly) rather than a generic sign-up flow, then track leave balances and submit vacation and sick leave requests, with built-in document/file management for HR paperwork. Managers approve leave bookings and view team availability from an integrated calendar. The onboarding flow walks new employees through the core flows — Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, File Management — before they ever sign in.
